Besides being a Psychologist by qualification, she has a post graduate degree in HR, Law and doctorate in Organizational Development.
She has facilitated over 700 Programs across the globe, and is currently associated with 7 Orgainisations as an External Woman Member in the Internal Committee, provides and-to-end support for PoSH Compliance.

Salloni is a Spanish language professional with more than 4 years of experience teaching Spanish to students and professionals. She has got an opportunity to teach in an Institute and a Cambridge affiliated very well renowned school in Mumbai where she was fortunate to plan the Spanish language school syllabus grade wise and also teach and conduct the board exams for Grade 10 IGCSE and Grade 12 IBDP.
